Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vexo.business59@gmail.com. Returns must be sent to: 91 Rue de Villars, 59220 Denain, France. Please note that customers are responsible for international return shipping costs. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges: Return the item first, then make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

Refunds: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at vexo.business59@gmail.com.
